Yes, we recommend converting all text to outlines to avoid font compatibility issues. This ensures your text appears exactly as designed, even if we don't have the same fonts in our system.
Please use CMYK color mode for all print files, as RGB colors may appear differently in print. This helps avoid color discrepancies between your digital file and the printed product.
Transparency can sometimes cause printing issues, so flatten any transparent layers before submitting your artwork. This will help prevent unexpected changes in color or layering during the printing process.
We recommend keeping file sizes under 100 MB for ease of upload and processing. If your file is larger, consider compressing it or reaching out to us for alternative file-sharing options.
Please embed all images in the artwork file before submission. Linked images may not upload properly, leading to incomplete files, so embedding ensures all elements are included.
